Usage and Characteristic

1.This machine is suitable for die cutting of various non-metallic roll materials with forming die. (pear! cotton, EVA,non-woven fabric, leather,PVC)and other industries are controlled by microcomputer, which is simple, fast and accurate.

2.The main engine uses double oil cylinders, double crank connecting rod balance and four column precision guide mechanism to ensure that the cutting depth of each cutting position is exactly the same.

3.When the pressing plate is pressed down and contacts the cutter die, it will automatically cut slowly, so that the dimensional error between the top layer and the bottom layer of the cutting material is small.

4.The central oil supply automatic lubrication system ensures the service life and accuracy of the machine. It is equipped with a private automatic circular feeding mechanism, which is suitable for multi-layer coil feeding, which can realize accurate feeding, and the feeding length can be easily set on the computer.

5.It can be equipped with micro motion device of cutting plate to make the cutting plate consume evenly and save cost.

6.The pneumatic clamping device of tool mould can be selected, which is convenient and fast to replace the tool mould.

7.The automatic limit stop device can be selected, and the limit stop height can be automatically adjusted according to different cutter dies, so as to ensure the punching accuracy and prolong the service' life of the cutter die.

8.Special specifications can be specially designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
